Storage and Handling:
- Store in a Cool, Dry Place: Protect your products from moisture, extreme temperatures, and direct sunlight when not in use. This helps prevent damage to internal components and ensures optimal performance.
- Handle with Care: Avoid dropping the products or subjecting them to excessive force, as this can lead to internal damage and malfunction.
Usage and Compatibility:
- Use Recommended Drivers/Chokes: For products requiring drivers or chokes, strictly use those recommended or sold by the product manufacturer. Using incompatible components can create a significant risk of product failure, fire, or personal injury.
- Observe Operating Temperature: Ensure the ambient operating temperature remains within the specified range of 0°C to 45°C. Exceeding this range can negatively impact product performance and lifespan.
- Voltage Compatibility: Crucially, before connecting any product to a power source, verify that the voltage marked on the product precisely matches your local power supply voltage. Using the incorrect voltage can cause irreversible damage and pose a serious fire or electric shock hazard.
- Inspect Power Cords and Adapters: Regularly check power cords and adapters for any signs of damage (fraying, cuts, exposed wires). Do not use the product if the cord or adapter is damaged or if it does not fit securely into the power socket. A loose or damaged connection can lead to overheating and electrical hazards.

- Normal Operating Warmth: Please note that some devices may feel warm during normal operation. This is a standard operating condition due to energy conversion and should not be a cause for concern unless the heat becomes excessive or is accompanied by unusual odors.
- LED Performance Decline: For LED-based products, it’s normal for the LED chip performance to gradually decline over several years depending on usage hours. This is a natural characteristic of LED technology and not a defect.
- Proper Disposal: Do not dispose of products in heat or fire, as this may cause explosion or the release of harmful substances. Follow local regulations for the proper disposal of electronic waste.
- Gentle Cleaning: Clean products with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid using harmful water, chemicals, or detergents, as these can damage the product’s finish or internal components.

- Electrochemical System Separation: When dealing with products containing different electrochemical systems (e.g., batteries of different types), keep them separate from each other to prevent potential reactions or hazards.
