Item Availability – While we try to maintain accurate quantity in our listing, items may be sold elsewhere (physical stores) If your order is out of stock item, we will cancel your order and issue a refund or offer a next delivery.
In the situation order are place after 12pm with a delivery far away from Ikeja city center, deliver of such item will be done the next day.
All government Taxes or ticketing, levels are the responsivity of the customer to bear during delivery.
Please note that when shipping interstates you should be aware that cross boundary shipments are subject to opening and inspection by law enforcement agencies.

All refund will be done to the same account it was transferred from, should there be a refund or mistake.

We will not take any responsibility from any short fall in quantity after leaving our store or premises or after possession have been rendered to you.
Once we receive notification from you that you wish to withdraw from the contract (in accordance with these terms) any sum debited from us as (stamp duty, cost of transfer, delivery expenses, etc.) from your payment in relation to your order will be subtracted from the amount paid to us.

Amendment of these terms and conditions are done from time to time. All purchases from the date that the amended terms are placed on our web-site onwards will be governed by those new terms.
It is a crime to use a false name or willfully entering an erroneous or fictitious name, address or credit cards details for payment from a stolen third-party account to purchase goods from our website, if detected we will contact the law enforcement agencies.

For goods that are to be sent within states in Nigeria or outside of Nigeria, you can have them insured by an insurance company with additional charge.

All payment is to be done through mobile money transfer, POS, cash, bank transfers or such other methods as we may determine from time to time.
