70mm² Bare Copper Earth Conductor Stranded Copper Wire

Our bare copper conductors are principally used in energy transmission installations to maximize thermal and electrical conductivity, and to transmit energy with optimal efficiency. This non insulated wire can be used as an earthing cable. The copper also offers natural resistance against environmental stresses such as wet, humid, and saline climates.

Conductors provide a low impedance path and they must be:
Correctly sized for fault current
Sufficiently robust to resist mechanical damage
Able to resist the effects of corrosion

These are standard circular bare copper conductors mainly used for :
a) Overhead transmission system
b) Overhead traction system
c)Transformer earthing (occasionally)
d) as conductor for the other cables, such as welding cable, power cable, control cable and so on.
