Installation Guidelines
1. General Preparation
Ensure power is turned off at the main circuit breaker before installation.
Use a voltage tester to confirm wires are not live.
Determine the mounting height. For living rooms and bedrooms, wall lights are generally installed 5–6 feet (150–180 cm) from the floor.

2. Mounting
Most fixtures come with a mounting plate that is first secured to the wall.
Wall anchors are necessary if attaching to drywall without studs.
Thread the wires through the plate and connect:
Live (brown/black)
Neutral (blue/white)
Earth (green/yellow or green) if required

3. Wiring & Bulb Installation
Connect using wire nuts or terminal blocks.
For fixtures with replaceable bulbs, insert the bulb after mounting the fixture securely.
For integrated LED models, no bulb installation is necessary.

4. Final Steps
Switch on power and test the light.
If using a dimmable fixture, make sure your wall switch supports LED dimming.
